Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji contributes to the Clean Energy Tool launched by Simmons & Simmons

The legal and regulatory environment for developing and investing in clean energy infrastructure is complex, rapidly evolving and unclear, yet the demand for renewable energy is rising. To successfully navigate this intricate legal landscape, Simmons & Simmons launched the Clean Energy Tool, which provides reliable, comprehensive legal and regulatory data on renewable energy and energy storage projects. Designed to assist investors, developers and other stakeholders, it is an easy-to-use resource for anyone intending to invest in clean energy projects. The content on the tool is regularly updated and currently covers over 55 jurisdictions, which can be compared with the cross-jurisdiction comparison function.

We are honoured to have contributed the Slovenian section, which is now accessible online. Our contribution was prepared by Špela Remec, Miha Hočevar and Gašper Moškotevc, with inputs from Kaja Baškovič and Nataša Pipan Nahtigal.
