Mia Kalaš

Mia heads the banking and finance law department, and her work also includes advising on capital markets as well as in merger and acquisition (M&A) procedures. She joined the firm in 2004 and has been a partner since 2012. She advises a wide range of Slovenian and international clients – lenders, borrowers, banks, financial institutions, institutional investors and companies from various industries – on secured and unsecured loans, syndicated loans, acquisition and real estate financing, project financing and financial restructurings, and also prepares legal opinions on the enforceability of close-out netting arrangements in financial instruments.
