Lenart Kmetič

Lenart joined the firm in 2019 and works primarily in the field of insolvency law and restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on issues related to insolvency, financial restructuring and insolvency proceedings, and participates in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He also regularly advises in the field of corporate and commercial law, including corporate governance issues and corporate restructuring. In his advising, he focuses on finding practical solutions that consider both the legal and business aspects of each individual matter.
