Helena Butolen

Helena has been a partner since 2005 and currently heads the dispute prevention and resolution department. In more than three decades of her legal career, including 25 years in the legal profession, she has gained extensive experience in advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border or international element. A particular focus of her practice is on intellectual property disputes in the pharmaceutical industry. In recent years, she has also been focusing more intensively on the development of alternative dispute resolution and, as a Slovenian national delegate, participates in the International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
