Blaž Ogorevc

Blaž has been a partner since 2012 and heads the real estate and construction law department. He advises buyers, sellers and asset managers on all types of real estate transactions, from complex purchases and sales to the development of large-scale projects, and his work is regularly recognized by leading international legal directories. In Chambers & Partners, he has been the only person in Slovenia ranked in the highest tier (Band 1) for several consecutive years. He also advises banks and borrowers on financing, particularly in demanding cross-border projects and in relation to the securing of claims, as well as on the legal aspects of the exploitation of renewable energy sources. With in-depth knowledge, he also advises in the areas of corporate and financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure and environmental issues.
